Shipping Policy

  1. After placing of successful order and making payment in respect of the order, GREEN HOUSE INDIA ENTERPRISE will prepare the order for shipping within 1 (one) hour or as soon as possible from the time of placing of the successful order.

 

  1. Shipping and delivery of the order will be made through our (GREEN HOUSE INDIA ENTERPRISE) dedicated Shipping Team or by our Delivery / Courier Partner.

 

  1. The invoice of the ordered product will be provided to the customer along with the product package at the time of delivery.

 

  1. It is our responsibility to reach the order safely to customer’s shipping address. Customers are requested check the products in the package immediately after delivery. For any issue, they should contact us on : +918167777277 / e-mail : info@hooghlybazaar.com or support@hooghlybazaar.com within 1 (one) hour from the time of delivery. No complaint will be entertained after 1 (one) hour from the time of delivery of the product.

 

  1. Delivery of the product may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic congestion, bad weather, law and order etc. Our valued customers are requested to bear with us in such adverse situation.

 

  1. In any unavoidable circumstances, if any product suddenly becomes unavailable in the stock, then GREEN HOUSE INDIA ENTERPRISE (website ‘www.hooghlybazaar.com’ / application ‘HooghlyBazaar’) holds full right to cancel the order.
